Yetunde Erogbogbo

Yetunde is a Managing Partner in Rhizome Consulting, she has over twelve years’ experience which spans various sectors –Public, Private and Development sector, with a diverse background in change management, culture transformation, succession planning, recruitment and selection, performance management systems, learning and development. She also has pertinent experience in the areas of HR Due Diligence and HR systems and Process definition and implementation.

Selected assignments includes; Human Resource Audit and workforce analysis for the Kofi Annan International Peace Keeping Training Center in Ghana, reviewed the Joint Financing Arrangement to the Peace and Security Department for the African Union Commission, conducted a survey on the impact of entrepreneurial training among selected SMEs in Lafia – Nigeria, carried out a holistic analysis of administrative and delivery process for many organisations and managed the Business Information and Training Center in Nasarawa State for 5 years on behalf of the German International Cooperation (GIZ).

She holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management from the University of Lagos, and a degree in Sociology from the same University. She is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School where she attended the Competency-based selection training programme.  Preceding her engagement with Rhizome Consulting, she worked as a Human Resource Consultant in BRandEDge Consulting. Before joining BRandEDge Consulting, she worked in Quanteq Technologies Ltd as the Human Resources Manager. Prior to that, she worked with Vic Lawrence & Associates where she gained significant experience in Human Resource Consulting.
